  • Return and replacement is only if the item is in the same original condition upon purchase and wrapped in the original packaging within (3) days from the date of purchase, and the amount is returned net or in cash within a maximum period of (3) days
  • Items damaged as a result of misuse, such as scratches, malfunctions, breakage, or loss of part of the product such as catalogs, accessories, etc., cannot be returned or replaced.
  • In the event that the purchase invoice or part of it is returned, shipping and delivery fees and bank fees will be automatically deducted
  • All electrical and electronic devices are guaranteed by the guarantee of the producing company or the authorized agent. Either the showroom or the website are considered points of sale only
  • Installation works do not include the winch, scaffolding, ladders, plumbing and electrical works
  • The warranty on the installation of split air conditioners is one full year from the date of purchase and does not include manufacturing defects
  • The customer must check the items upon receiving them, and instead, the company shall not be liable for any broken screens or defects in the devices after receiving them.
  • The company is not responsible for the loss of the invoice and issuing a replacement for a lost one, which is sent within 24 hours from the date of requesting a replacement for a lost one, if any.
